Alex Broadstock
Bio
Born in Taiwan and raised in Ohio, Alex's work explores memory and environment through visceral, immersive visuals.
Now based in New York, he develops documentary and narrative projects alongside commercial work for brands including Adobe, Hypebeast, Complex, Nike, REI, United Airlines, and Timberland.
His debut film, First Light, earned twelve festival nominations internationally. His second film, Threads of Anzal, won Best Short Documentary at the New York Indie Shorts Awards and premiered at Big Sky Documentary Film Festival.
In 2022, Alex co-founded Bluehour, a Brooklyn-based creative production company.
